The interactive map feature has been expanded massively. When reading about any location in the Geography Libraries, you can now click "View Map" to see an interactive OpenStreetMap view of that place.

New coverage includes:

New feature: Local/English toggle — Switch between map labels in the local language (using OpenStreetMap) or English (using CartoDB Voyager). Want to see Tokyo written as 東京 or as "Tokyo"? Now you can choose.

Read about a country, then explore its geography on the map in a separate view. The back button returns you exactly where you were.
